Edition sizes vary depending on the collection and are clearly stated within each product description.
Once a digital artwork edition has sold out, that specific edition will not be reproduced.

Selected artworks are also available as professionally produced framed artworks.
Each framed artwork is:
individually curated by the artist;
offered in one selected size;
presented in one selected frame;
produced specifically for each order.
Framed artworks are made to order and are not limited editions unless explicitly stated within the individual product listing.
Framed artworks are not customisable unless explicitly stated.
The selected frame, size and presentation form part of the artistic intention of the artwork.

4. Limited Editions
Digital artworks offered by BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS are released as Limited Editions.
Edition sizes vary depending on the collection and are clearly stated within the individual digital product descriptions.
Once a digital artwork edition has sold out, no further copies of that edition will be produced.
Selected framed artworks are produced as individual made-to-order artworks and do not form part of the Limited Edition digital artwork numbering system unless specifically stated.

5. Certificates of Authenticity
Each Limited Edition digital artwork purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
The Certificate confirms:
artwork title;
edition number;
edition size;
authenticity of the artwork.
Certificates must not be altered, reproduced or transferred.
Where supporting documentation is provided for framed artworks, this will be stated within the individual product listing.

6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos, collections, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS.
All rights are reserved.
Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright ownership or grant reproduction, distribution or commercial usage rights. Copyright remains with BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS.

sublicense artwork;

use artwork for AI training, datasets or machine learning;

Every effort is made to present artwork accurately.

printed colours may differ slightly from on-screen previews;

These variations do not constitute defects.

BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS does not store your payment card information.

12. Digital Products
Digital products become available immediately after successful payment.
Following purchase, customers receive access to download their artwork in the format described within the product listing.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files.
Should technical difficulties prevent access to the download, please contact:

Reasonable assistance will be provided to ensure successful access to the purchased artwork.

13. Framed Fine Art Artworks
Framed artworks are produced individually after an order has been placed.
Each artwork is professionally manufactured, framed and dispatched by our trusted fulfilment partner.
As every framed artwork is produced specifically for each customer, these products are considered made-to-order.
Production begins shortly after an order has been received.
Selected framed artworks represent curated physical presentations of BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS photography collections.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the individual product listing, framed artworks are not part of the Limited Edition digital artwork numbering system.

14. Production Times
Production times vary depending upon:
artwork format;
production workload;
seasonal demand;
shipping destination.
Estimated production and delivery times displayed during checkout are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Unexpected manufacturing, courier or customs delays may occasionally occur.
BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS cannot be held responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

15. Shipping
Framed artworks are shipped to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate.
Should a parcel be returned because of an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer, any additional shipping charges required to resend the artwork may be payable by the customer.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

16. Delivery
Ownership of the artwork transfers upon successful delivery to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their delivery promptly upon arrival.
If visible damage to the external packaging is observed, we recommend photographing the packaging before opening the parcel.

17. Damaged or Defective Products
Every framed artwork is carefully inspected before dispatch.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

the frame;
the packaging;
the shipping label.
Following assessment, BUZZINGPETALHORIZONS will work with its fulfilment partner to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the damaged artwork where applicable.

18. Cancellations
Digital Products
Because digital products become accessible immediately following purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been made available.
Framed Artworks
As framed artworks are produced specifically for each order, cancellations may only be accepted before production has commenced.
Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

19. Refunds
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital artwork sales are final.
Refunds are not offered once access to the digital files has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Framed Artworks
As framed artworks are produced to order, refunds are not available for:
change of mind;
incorrect personal preference;
ordering the wrong artwork.
Refunds or replacements will be considered where:
the product arrives damaged;
the product is defective;
the wrong artwork has been supplied;
applicable consumer rights require such remedy.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
